Full Service Package ($2500)

This Package includes both Divorce Mediation and, once mediation is complete, Document Prep.  This package has a flat-fee/minimum of $2500 (discussed below), with the goal of getting the two of you in front of a judge for an uncontested divorce.  We also offer the option of having your documents electronically filed, although you will still have to pay the filing fee to the Clerk of Court. 

Mediation:  The package includes up to 6 hours of team mediation time spent mediating with you and your spouse (usually broken into two or more sessions) and drafting of your Marital Settlement Agreement (and, if you have minor children of the marriage, a Parenting Plan and Child Support Guidelines Worksheet).

• Note: to provide couples with a compelling financial incentive to prepare adequately for mediation and to attend with a strong desire to work toward resolution: If an agreement is not reached within the allotted time, and additional time is required beyond the initial six hours included in the package (whether the time is spent in mediation sessions (with one or both of you) or drafting the Marital Settlement Agreement), that additional time is billed at the rate of $350/hour (charged in increments of 1/10th of an hour) with those fees to be paid at the end of each additional mediation session, based on duration, and according to the fee split you agreed upon when booking our services. 

Document Preparation:   Once the mediation is completed and the appropriate settlement documents signed, this package also includes preparation of the up to 20+ standard paperwork/forms you may need to file for an uncontested divorce and the option of having us file your paperwork online (you will still need to pay the court filing fees), as well as reasonable telephone and/or email communication throughout the process.  Of course, if you do not ultimately reach a mediated agreement, then you will not be charged for the non-mediation services, i.e., Document Preparation and eFiling option.
