We keep our options simple and transparent so you can choose the level of support that fits your family and your budget. Mediation Only
This option covers divorce mediation itself. It includes a block of team mediation time spent working with you and your spouse - usually broken into two or more sessions - along with drafting your Marital Settlement Agreement and, if you have minor children, a Parenting Plan and Child Support Guidelines worksheet. It is a strong fit for couples who are comfortable handling their own court filing once an agreement is reached.
Full Service
The full-service option includes everything in mediation, and then, once mediation is complete, document preparation. After your settlement documents are signed, we prepare the standard forms you may need to file for an uncontested divorce and can file your paperwork online for you. You are still responsible for the court's filing fee. If you do not ultimately reach a mediated agreement, you are not charged for the document-preparation services.
Custom (Hourly) Mediation
For couples who prefer to pay only for the time they use, we offer mediation on an hourly basis with reserved half-day and full-day sessions. This option gives you flexibility when your circumstances do not fit neatly into a flat-fee package.
Scheduling, deposits, and payment
We understand how hard it can be to fit appointments into a busy life, so we schedule mediation sessions for evenings and weekends at no additional charge. A non-refundable deposit reserves your first appointment and is applied toward your package fees when mediation begins. We accept most major credit and debit cards, with alternative arrangements available by prior approval.
