Scheduling your first Appointment
We understand the difficulties of trying to schedule professional appointments around your busy schedules. For your added convenience, we schedule divorce mediation appointments for evenings and weekends at no additional charge.
Non-Refundable Appointment Deposit
In order to schedule your first mediation appointment, there is a required non-refundable deposit of $700 ($350 each, unless you inform us you have agreed to split our fees otherwise). When mediation begins, this amount will be applied toward the package fees due at that time (see details in our Letter of Engagement).
Payment Options
Ordinarily, the fees are split evenly between the two of you, unless you inform us you have agreed otherwise. Full payment of Mediation fees are due at completion of the first mediation session ($1,800 less the $700 deposit detailed above = $1,100). We accept most major credit and debit cards. Alternate payment arrangements upon prior approval.
